Hi there,

Found the forum yesterday.. Firstly thanks guys for starting and maintaining this site.. Wish I found it sooner but better late than never!

You are doing us all a good service!

Had my first workout this evening following the newbie guide.. And aim to stick to a routine of 2 days on 1 day off to avoid any strains which I understand may result from overuse (!)

I am not looking for huge gains, just an inch and a half in length and an inch or so in girth is my objective.

My current stats are:

Flaccid:
Length:3 inches
Girth:3.75 inches

Erect:
Length: 6 inches
Girth: 4.5 inches

I consider myself smaller than average,and I look quite small when flaccid. My erect length is OK for starters but the girth needs a lot of work as I am not that thick, mid shaft my girth is only just over 4 inches and 4.5 at the base.

Anyone else with similar size when they started, and what gains have you achieved over time?

I would appreciate any advice via this forum or via PM.

I also want to look into ways of improving genital circulation to aid recovery and erection. I am also going to do kegel exercises but any general advice regarding circulation would be appreciated.

I have the exact same size as you when I started. I started on August 20th.

I had 6 inches non-bone pressed and 4.5 inches in girth.

I gained about 0.2 inches in length in the 1st month. Haven’t gained anymore now, but at the same time I haven’t bother changing my routine.

Something to aid in general circulation…hmmm..well when I started PEing, I found that I started touching my penis more often. I started massaging the penis through the fabric of my pockets etc, which gives it a plump flaccid hang. Do it when I’m watching TV, on the computer, etc.

Excercise, eat healthy, drink lots of water, and eat protein also aid in supposedly faster penis recovery time.

For the time being, stick with the newbie routine, you do have to ‘train’ your penis so to speak. The biggest thing I can say as far as gains are concerned is that everyone here gains differently, what one guy might get, someone else won’t. Be patient, be consistent, be dedicated and gains will follow.

I understand the need to be patient and consistent and am not concerned with straining myself to acheive short term results. Slowly, surely and steadily is the order of the day!

I will stick to the newbie routine and train the little fella to reach full fitness!

The one thing I didnt do last time

I could be wrong here but I think that if you find a support system (nothing crazy) In that I mean people on here that are very similar to you and your goals and make some “friends” it might make it a little easier to stick with it.. People you can set goals against, talk to about gains and compare to.. If someone expects you to be here posting it might make an obligation to come back and stay focused stronger. I didnt do that last time so it was so easy for me to disappear and let PE go.. I was never missed.. I am not saying we all need to have poker party’s and all that crap, just that Having a specific reason might be better for longevity, kinda like going to the gym alone as oppose to having a workout partner.. When you are alone it’s no big deal if you skip a day because theres noone waiting for you.. Just my two cents

10/06 (2 months) BPEL-6.00" X EG- 5.50" BUT NO LENGTH :0(

Second goal to measure on 12/06 (4 months) Bpel-6.25" X EG -5.75"
