Just bought X4 Labs extender. How can one possibly spend 4 hours a day in this?

You cannot use it discreetly because it is big, (I heard reports of people keeping this on at work underneath their pants?) and I need to take it off every 30 minutes due to it being uncomfortable, tip of my penis getting purple, or freezing cold. Some people even say up to 6 hours a day in this thing.. How ??

Are people actually doing 8 sets of 30 minute sessions a day? I’ve been able to do 2 30 minute sessions (about 1 hour a day). Apparently that is not enough ?? I usually use the noose instead of the strap because I feel like it has a better grip, and I have that foam ring around underneath my glans.

Any help or advice for people with the X4 Labs who made good gains? Is it possible/safe to keep your dick in it for 4 hours straight? (or even 1 hour straight?)

I am 916 hours into the x4. One strap and the foam pad. 9 to 16 hours a week. 3 to 4 days a week, 3 to 4 hours a day, 30 to 60 minute sessions before require a ten minute break. Lol, mine doesn’t even come home, I only wear it at work. Downward position, sometimes upwards, I go upward as I become more adapted to the length. For me the upward position is the tightest, for others it’s the downward.

It’s a grind. There are a bunch of threads on this, search and start going through them. I am sure others will also chime in here.

I usually used mine for about one hour, three or four times a day about five days a week. I kept it between 600 and 800 grams of tension. The Velcro strap mod helped improve the comfort.

One thing to pay attention to:
Adjust the extender short enough so that the glans is almost in front of the extender. The noose/strap should press downwards behind the glans, and not pull «through» the glans. When you are mounting your penis to the extender, try to jelq some blood to the glans, to make it bigger. Then you will not have to have the noose so tight that you cutting off the blood supply.
It takes a little time to get used to the feeling. It should be feeling, not pain.
When in the extender, try to do a kegel to press some blood to the glans, if you can - then the supply is not cut off, and you can wear the extender for a longer period of time. I know we all want to have to use a very long extender, but that is to trick ourselves.
