Just finishing a newbie routine and need some help
Hey Guys,
So I have lurked on the forum for some time. Half heartedly starting PE here and there and then giving up. I am almost done 3 months of a fairly basic newbie routine and was researching where to go from here. During my searches I ended up focusing some of my attention on the LOT theory. This then lead me to determine what my LOT was and after a few mins I found that I have a low LOT. 6’o’clock to be exact.
Now I know that all the forum searches I have looked into all say somewhat the same thing. That being that the LOT theory is “outdated” and “debunked”. Although, this is great news for someone like myself I have to admit that I fear that my low LOT will hamper my progress and that I will fall into the “hard gainer” category.
I haven’t done any post 3 month program measurements as I wanted to wait until the end of the program. So for all I know I could be average and right on track.
What I was wondering was do any forum members out there with a similar LOT (low) have good gains? Do you even care about LOT? Does it affect your approach to PE? Anyone in a similar boat that has made good gains? And what was your routine?
I have seen lots of posts of forum members simply saying “forget LOT”. But I have seen few actual members with a low LOT describing their success.
Any help or opinions are appreciated. Thanks!
