Just getting back into PE.
I’m just getting back into PE now after a month off due to injury. I jelqed for 10 mins last night, how should I work up to my usual routine of 30 mins of jelqing? Should I increase by 2 mins every workout? Should I take days off? Here’s what I was thinking:
Mon-10 mins
Tues-off
Wed-12 mins
Thurs-off
Fri-14 mins
Sat-off
Sun-16 mins
Etc. Until I reach 30 mins
Is this a good idea? Should I work from 10 min to 30 mins more slowly than shown above or can I SAFELY do it quicker? I certainly do not want to risk injury again.
