Just Heat?

Just Heat?

Has anyone tried to just heat on a rest day without PE? I wonder if it would be beneficial.

I think the jury remains out on this one.

Some folks talk of red light therapy(NIR) as a way of increasing healing on off days, and comes with some heating.

Some say that heating above a certain temp will allow the collagen in the penis to reform around flaccid length, making gains effectively go away.

Some like hot tubs/saunas and can’t/won’t PE there, but go anyway.

Personally, I think heating on rest days is at best isn’t helpful. Try firegoat rolls or working on game in your off time.


Why do the newbies get to have all the gains?
