Just popped my cherry with 1st ever PE session

I just got done with my 1st ever PE session and I believe it was a success.

Here is the modified n00b routine I utilized:

1 - Instead of hot wrap, I used an electric heater that blows hot air right on my unit and surrounding areas. (5 mins)
Comment: I added about 100 kegels while stuff was heating up.
2- 6 min manual stretches, 30 sec hold each direction.
Comment: It’s awkward pulling my unit upwards, I still feel the stretch on top of base, instead of bottom.
3- 10 min dry jelq using overhead OK, switching hands every 25 jelqs.
4- 5 min “hot wrap” using heater and 100 more kegels while waiting.
5- I felt the urge to add an extra minute of mild 360 circular stretching right after.

Overall, I think it was a good 1st session. Of course I’m not 100% sure if I did everything right, it’ll take couple sessions to get used to the feeling.

My 1st impression is it was easy. My instinct is to do more later on tonight and immediately add hanging sessions to my routine but I’ll fight these urges to avoid injury. I’m kinda pressed for time (3 months) so I can’t afford to lose time to recover from a stupid mistake.

Any comments/suggestions greatly appreciated.

Why did you feel the need to “modify” the Newbie Routine? You shouldnt do MORE than the Newbie Routine suggests (kegels) as more is definatly not best for newbies…

DON’T do more. Overtraining will set you back, possibly weeks.

If you’re expecting big gains in 3 months, you’re going to be tempted to go overboard.

Good things come to those who wait.
Its a marathon not a sprint.

Hey, thanks for the quick reply. I did 100 kegels because I didn’t think it’s really a big deal contracting the muscles there. I didn’t hold each kegel for 5 seconds as suggested tho, only for 1 sec each kegel. Can you really cause an injury just from (over)doing kegels?

I know PE takes time, just like any other achievement, I’m not expecting BIG gains in 3 months, I’d be more then happy with a .5” length and .25” girth increase. I’ll be sticking with PE for a long time, the reason for 3 month goal setting is because I’m meeting up with someone that I’ve been talking to for a while and I need to feel (more) confident about my conditioning. I’ll continue to consistently PE even after the initial 3 months.
