Just Reached 500 Hours

12

You are on the 5th hole, so I’m guessing the total length of your extender is just under 18cm. I am on the 3rd hole and my extender length is 16cm. It took me 8 to 10 weeks to get to this position.

I have definitely noticed flaccid gains, but not so much erect gains, as mentioned. Some advice I received is to try lower tension. This will allow longer durations of use.

Please share what this “shockloading” entails.

Thanks

My girth gain was ok at 0.25 inches.
I guess I have to just press on.

Yes, you must continue.
If I remember well…I believe it took me about 1000 hours to achieve 0.5 inches length gain.
I stopped counting after 5000 hours..:-)

Thanks for this. It actually motivates me.
I read somewhere, I can’t recall where, that there is a rule of thumb of 1000 hours per inch growth.

I am think now that this is probably for guys who are extending, hanging and doing other stuff all at the same time.
Oh well, I cannot do anything else besides discreet extending and manual stretches in the shower, due to time constraints and privacy issues.
Soldiering on.

I always assume people dont have time to jelq and stretching for 1 hour. My companion is 39 has 6 kids and still can find time to do the newbie routine for 1 hour a day. Newbie routine gained me so much more then around 500 hour of the extender (which I hate). Jelqs are so easy once you know how to do it. I really suggest trying to find some more time for jelqing and stretching and measure your erect gains once a month to know if its working or not

Start: 15.1cm BPEL

Current: 16.9cm

Final goal: 7 inch

Shockloading entails doing (approx.) 5-10 minutes of girth work before length work. The idea being that this softens/weakens the tunica so that the tension from the stretching targets the ligaments more directly (vs. Ligaments and tunica). I am not exactly sure how I will incorporate it, but I’m considering either bundled stretches, modified jelqing, dry jelqing, or a mix of them. (I think modified jelqing goes by the name “ULIs” here?). I have experimented with these exercises a tiny bit the last few days: Warming up with bundled stretches seems to make my member more elastic / stretchy whilst doing dry jelqing first seems to help a bit with inducing tissue fatigue. I started to feel the fatigue mid-session but after taking a break from the extender and strapping back in, I did not feel it anymore. Have yet to try bundled stretches + modified jelqing and/or dry jelqing in conjunction.

I average maybe 2 hours in the extender, with 40-50 minutes of manuals before this, so this is very little time in the extender compared to conventional knowledge in PE communities but this is the best I can do. If results are disappointing after 4-6 months I think I will switch to something that is more effective per hour spent (as I do not have more than max 3 hours per day to spend on this) in which case hanging seems to be the best choice.

I have to admit that your gains after 500 hours are a bit dissuading for me. I am nearing the 4-week mark and have logged just under 50 hours total in the extender.

Several of the extender vendors have charts of “you may gain UP TO this much per month” for their products. In my opinion, those charts range from optimistic to outright imaginary.

0.2” at 500 hours may not be what you expected, but it’s nothing to sneer at. 13 weeks? You strap it on and go about your daily affairs; it doesn’t get much easier than that.

Thanks for this explanation. Keep us informed how it goes.
I guess I am just a slow gainer

I agree. Completely unrealistic expected gains by manufacturers. And all those testimonials on their website.. Bull.

At least you’re gaining! I am a bit reluctant to measure because I do not want to manifest the potential reality that I had 0 gains over the month. Yes, I am a very impatient person (in general)
Good luck!

Indeed,I did a lot of stretching all sides, jelq and also (squeeze for girth) in the same period of time.
