This will allow longer durations of use.
Please share what this “shockloading” entails.
Thanks
Shockloading entails doing (approx.) 5-10 minutes of girth work before length work. The idea being that this softens/weakens the tunica so that the tension from the stretching targets the ligaments more directly (vs. Ligaments and tunica). I am not exactly sure how I will incorporate it, but I’m considering either bundled stretches, modified jelqing, dry jelqing, or a mix of them. (I think modified jelqing goes by the name “ULIs” here?). I have experimented with these exercises a tiny bit the last few days: Warming up with bundled stretches seems to make my member more elastic / stretchy whilst doing dry jelqing first seems to help a bit with inducing tissue fatigue. I started to feel the fatigue mid-session but after taking a break from the extender and strapping back in, I did not feel it anymore. Have yet to try bundled stretches + modified jelqing and/or dry jelqing in conjunction.
I average maybe 2 hours in the extender, with 40-50 minutes of manuals before this, so this is very little time in the extender compared to conventional knowledge in PE communities but this is the best I can do. If results are disappointing after 4-6 months I think I will switch to something that is more effective per hour spent (as I do not have more than max 3 hours per day to spend on this) in which case hanging seems to be the best choice.
I have to admit that your gains after 500 hours are a bit dissuading for me. I am nearing the 4-week mark and have logged just under 50 hours total in the extender.
