Just STARED - Many Many Questions - HELP!
Hi guys I have just started PE and have done 5-6 workout, below is my workout:
Jelq 10-15 mins
Strech 10 mins
3 days, one day off etc.
Ok firstly I dont think this workout is good enough can someone please supply me with a more detailed workout, I heard someone mention squeezes? what are these? I am very commited to improving my size so please help.
Also I have a hairy penis with hairs going up the shaft this makes jelqing somewhat uncomfortable, I read in a thread of a product that can get rid of your hairs - From wallmart I believe, it was in this forum. Im in the UK can anyone give me details of where to get this product? or can anyone send me the product? I cant seem to locate the thread THUNDER.
When doing the JELQ - I believe you are meant to be 3/4 erect is this correct?
Also are their any exercises to effectively increase girth? If so should i do this with length exercises or wait and get length gains first? Anyway below are my measurements:
Flacid Girth: 3.5” Length: 3.5”
Erect Girth: 5” Length: 5.75”-6”
