Hi, I’m an 18 year old male who just started PE. I’m already above average but I Wouldn’t mind a little extra.

For The last two weeks I’ve been dry jelqing everyday for 1/2-1 hour a day, with about 3 second strokes, and I have only had one break day so far. I saw The beginner routine post, but I have this really bad habit of pushing myself so I quickly went past that.

I’ve already started seeing noticeable gains. So far I haven’t had any drawbacks or issues of any kind.

Does that mean that it’s safe to continue?

What kind of issues or damages should I Watch out for?

I repeat what I have just said mate. You will harden the tissues and gaining will be a bitch. Take it slow. Not to mention possible injury.

Yes. Even if you don’t get injured, tissues will harden too early from overtraining and good luck then stretching them more.

You can still stretch them of course but it will give you a hard time.

Omg 1/2 to 1hour of jelqing? That’s way more than what is recommended in the newbie routine.
