Hello guys,

I have been having problems with my size since I got a few girls told me that I had a small penis.
I have been bullied for the last couple of years because you know girls love to talk.. About this kind of stuff.
So my friends heard it aswell, ofcourse they just bullied me with the additional jokes.
But the words from the girls made me very insecure about myself.
And are still a reason I’m struggling everyday.

Luckily I found out about PEing.

I have been reading the forums for 3 days now.
And have been doing some exercises of the newbie routine.
Tomorrow I have a day off and after that I’m gonna start with the full newbie routine I guess.

I just got a couple questions.

How do I know I’m doing the exercises good?
I got a warm feeling for a couple hours after the exercises and its nice and even red.

I ordered a penis stretcher and I will be getting that in the mail tomorrow, can I use the stretcher and doing the exercises on the same day.
Or is that to intense for a beginner like me?

I’m using olive oil for the wet jelqing session or do you guys prefer something else?

And how do I set targets for myself, I see every one got targets but how can I put a target for myself that I can reach that is reasonable for a period of time?

The length of my penis is 6.25inch and the girth 4.5inch.

What would be a reasonable goal for a year time?

Sorry to hear about your bad experience, that is never a good situation. Despite what they say you’re statically around average size. If your length is 6.25 not bone pressed than your length is slightly above average while your girth is around average, maybe just slightly below.

You’re at the right place to start bettering yourself in this regard though and we’re all here to help eachother out.

Most will recommend you still to the newbie routine or linear newbie routine for at least 3 months before incorporating devices such as extenders to your routine. This allows you to get a better overall feeling of PE and lets you learn how you want your dick to generally feel during a process of doing PE.

Make sure to look for positive PI’s and EQ and monitor if this has changed while doing a PE routine. If you experience delines in EQ or signs such as turtling, loss of morning wood or getting and maintaing errections it’s a good sign you’re over training - this is important since everyone is different.

Make sure to keep an eye on those factors and document if these things are getting better or worse (some people start doing PE with already bad EQ and PI’s- so that can be hard to tell). I’m assuming you’re young due to your talk of school.

Yeah I’m 24 years old so I’m pretty young indeed.

The girth will be the problem with me I assume.
I will wait with the stretcher, guess that will be a good idea to first get a idea of what all comes by with PE and fully understand it.
Before I’m gonna use other devices.

Could you maybe post a link to the section with the Positive pi’s and EQ’s because I can’t find it on the forum.

Ok I was thinking younger. 24 is a good age and a good time to start PE (IMO).

Honestly for goals just set something realistic to start and then have an ultimate goal to strive towards. Based on your starting I’d set your short term goals at 7x5.25 or something and long term or dream as whatever your ideal size would be. It’s not neccesary to do though, and if you don’t get there fast, don’t get discouraged - this is why some people don’t make goals at all to start with.

I’d wait a few months to encorporate the extender into your routine. See what manuals can do for you and go from there. Also don’t measure weekly or you might get discouraged. Measure every month or so and try to have 1 or 2 days off PE before you measure to make sure youre getting true measurements.

Not gonna put up any goals aswell for now, just gonna see what the next 2 months will bring me.

I’m gonna buy a 8 inch ruler today, just for the dream goal, guess nothing wrong with dreaming about it since I have been doing that for years.

You should never feel any pain. If there is pain during or after, you have gone to hard. If you do feel some pain… Take several days off for it to heal. Start again when your dick feels normal.

There are memebers here in there 50s and 60s. You’re never too old to start PE. Are the gains different based on age? That’s hard to say since everyone is different and I haven’t seen trends or stats that suggest guys gain differently based on age. Any gain is better than no gain and great EQ is a great result on its own.
