My advice is as follows:
Phase 1
First: keep the nofap thing. Stay away from porn completely.
Second : get get your best hard and measure bone pressed length standing, and girth standing and sitting (may vary). Take careful accurate notes.
Third: create a log of what you do. In the mid-long term it will give you matter for analysis.
That log should include moderate goals like stepping stones. Your current goal is such a size leap forward that may discourage you if you gain 2 millimetre in 3 months.
Example if you have 13 cm, set a goal for 13.5cm. That´s the goal now. It´s only 5 millimetres. Even if only getting 2 millimetre a month, the goal will be achieved very soon.
If you tried that combined newbie routine before without much success, I´d approach this from a different angle to give you some starting motivation.
I´d go with the basic: length first, then girth.
My log over the past year shows my length progress slowed or halted when I added regular girth work so assuming length will be harder to get when you have a fat penis, lets focus in length first.
Additionally, many hold (me included) that the lengthening of the shaft through using extenders or manual stretches, set you up for easy girth gains later.
So fourth: I´d create new routine based in extender and stick to exclusively that for some months. My log seems to indicate I gained more length when exclusively focusing in extender,
My best results were by doing 10-12 hours a day with very low tension,(400-700grams) as opposed to less hours with more tension (+900grams).
Also seems like 1 day of 12 hour would be much better than 2 days 6 hours, so I would aim to doing strict long extender sessions and sum as many hours as possible.
I can nearly guarantee you are going to gain at least 1 millimetre each 100 hours. Maybe 1 millimetre/70 hours if you are lucky. 3millimetres should be yours in 1 month. 1cm in 3-4months.
By the time you have elongated your penis like that, the girth work will give you awesome results. Clamp and pump will make your girth skyrocket . At least that´s my experience.
That would be phase 2.
