Scotty: A brief answer to your question is YES. Most definitely. There is not a doubt in my mind that keeping your dick extended as much as possible right after and between PE sessions is the single most important thing you can do, especially right after hanging heavy weights, but also after any aggressive routine. The harder you work the penis the more it wants to shrivel up and heal inside your body. Don’t let it. If you do it will make stretching the internal structures even more difficult, not only that, but letting you dick heal up short can even cost you length, especially flaccid length.
It is not that hard to keep it from turtling. There are many good ADSs available now. I usually recommend the lead weights because that is what worked best for me and they are cheap and stealthy. Also, because I have an unusually thick flaccid girth I can wear them without wrap, which is the easiest and most convenient way to wear any ADS, but some guys have a problem keeping them on without wrap. However, I am also having some very comfortable AFTER sessions with the AutoExtender, but I have a lot of private time and have no need for stealth. Use the ADS of your choice, but use one, always. There is no reason for letting your dick turtle up inside the body to heal other than laziness.
Search Fowfers. There has been a ton of stuff written on this very simple but effective technique. Just the stuff I’ve written alone will keep you reading for a while. You should never sit anywhere in private that you are not sitting on your dick. You can Fowfer in your car, and even while you sleep.
