So I changed up my routine and wants some feedback on it
5 min Warm up with infrared lamp

Stretches

SO, SD, BTC, UP, Left, Right for about 30 sec to a minute depending on how it feels and I do the full cycle twice

10 min Jelq

10 min pumping session 5hg max

5 mins of jelq

10 min hanging session still using 2.5 lb
Warm down
With kegel through the day

Goodluck with the progress! I’m in a similar boat where I’ve been on/off for years never staying consistent. I’ve decided to get dedicated this year. My routine will basically be heating, pumping, soft clamping in the mornings, heating and extending/hanging in the evenings. Just received my apex extender today, waiting on some cups to arrive though.

PS: What does BTC stand for? I’m a scrub when it comes to some of the verbiage here.
