Hello guys I know this has been discussed extensively but I’m having trouble keeping my penis hot with ultrasound.

So I stretch and warm up using a heat pad and I feel like I’m getting good extensibility/ stretch with it. But when I switch to US I simply can not keep my dick hanging loose.

My dick gets cold, shrivels up and fights me pulling it as soon as I put the US gel on and start the machine up (im using the us pro 2000 2nd edition). I feel the heat against my leg trying to do OTL but it’s just not enough to counteract the cold gel and awkward tugging. I do get occasional uncomfortable/ painful pulses when moving the device around which makes me wonder if I’m doing it right. If I move slow I get it more so I imagine it’s cavitation related and I shouldn’t go slow. But if I go faster I don’t feel the heat so idk what to do.

Really confused how people are able to keep their dicks nice and loose while applying US. Even using the heat pad underneath didn’t seem to work.

I also think I might have a heat blister today from the US on the opposite side of the transducer. My eq is fine but I randomly have this sensitive red spot on one side now.

Overall I’m gonna try a silicone pad instead of my leg and hopefully that helps retain heat better

Day 2 same as yesterday I guess? I have no idea how you guys keep your dick warmed up at room temperature in this. My balls get tight with the US gel and immediately after removing the US my dick retracts from pulling and the cold air.

I’ll probably run some thermo couple tests when my silicone pad gets here but so far I’m not convinced I’m doing this right though I really don’t know what else I can or should do.

I’m skeptical of putting a rice sock or heat pad under my dick when doing OTL because I’m concerned about wave reflection back into my dick as I feel I’m getting some stinging more when attempting to use them. I definitely SOMETHING going on down these as I feel localized pinching even after US. I think I need to just put a thermocouple somewhere as maybe my leg is not feeling the heat aside from when I shift my body and physical contact between my dick the US gel and my leg is lost and I feel stinging.

I’d be interested to know if you guys feel heat on your leg while using US or if it is normal to not feel it as the waves are penetrating beyond the surface level.

In general… do you guys feel heat or is it supposed to just be wildly different from convection heating methods to the point you literally don’t feel heat on the surface of your skin carrying waves?

From what I understand, this is exactly the point. Folks talk about using US to get the internal heat between 40-43C while leaving the surface temp relatively unchanged, this comes with a litany of cautions and usage tips. I recommend you read as much as you can about US before your next workout.

I recommend "Gaining volume with Kyrpa", "Using the ultrasound for therapeutic heat in PE", "The characteristics of the tunica albuginea revisited", and anything else you can get your eyes on. I believe buried somewhere in these threads is the beginning of the ultrasound standoff, with the dragonskin plastics. I’d keep on following that rabbit hole - I’ve heard some good things about that.

It seems like you aren’t using an extender/hanger? Because the US is a very involved and active heating method, these types of stretchers are essentially required in my opinion. It might be worth spending a month or two just trying to get a good hanging routine down with a heating pad, that way US becomes an addition to the routine rather than the thing you’re fighting against.

You are about where I was a couple of years ago. Same machine, same pinching. Ultimately I decided that US was not quite right for me and developed a whole theory around this shortcoming lol.

Anyway, you only get one penis. Be careful, treat it with copious respect and sensitivity.

You might try using less power if you are overheating the opposite skin from the transducer contact point (if I read your post correctly). The sound wave energy will travel less distance and will be more focused on the internal structures rather than transmit to the other side of the penis.

Also, there is a sweet spot with the heat, so less power might be good to not overcook your CC, as well.

Another option would be to create a ‘set-off’ transducer pad. You can buy gel pad to move the transducer off the skin a centimeter or more. Or you can make a cheap one by putting US gel in a condom and tying it off, then putting it on your skin surface. You still need gel on the transducer head but it will transmit the energy with a bit less intensity at the tissues, so the main focal point will be in the CC tissues and not on the skin on the other side of your penis.
