Hi, I’m sort of a novice in PE, I have done some manual exercises but the main problem I’ve had with my exercises is keeping up consistency, its been a while since I last did manual exercises, is there a way I can keep track of the days I train on to help get back into a consistent routine?

Start an excel spreadsheet and log the days and outcome.

Additionally, you can set up your own Progress Report thread (see below), which allows you to post photos (not allowed elsewhere, except for the injuries category). Lots of guys update their threads every day.

Thanks, I’ll start doing progress reports and excel spreadsheet, is a 2 days workout, 1 day rest a good routine? Also is this exercise selection good? 6 sets of 50 reps side to sides, with static stretches?

Link it in to another routine you have.

PE before brush your teeth or do it after you shower.
