Kegel routine
I’d like a recommendation for a good Kegel routine. Thing is I’ve seen a lot of theres on this, but they are very different. Some recommend short bursts, while others advise against this for longer squeezes. Some say that you should do this several times a day in your car etc, while others do it once every other day as part of their jelq routine.
Is there some kind of agreed upon best Kegel routine?
