Hello fellow PE members, as I’m not quite knowledgeable yet and sometimes get confused I would like to ask a question about kegels. When you mean squeeze the BC muscle do you mean pressing down on it with your hand or grabbing/clamping the BC muscle and squeezing it? Sorry don’t know much so I hope to be answered soon

Squeezing the BC muscle refers to tensing it, as in trying to cut off the piss flow when you take a leak. Reverse kegel refers to trying to push out the last drops when you take a leak.

If I were to just do reverse kegels but not regular ones would I be making my erections worse? Whenever I piss I always try to force out more a few times.

Actually you don’t have to piss every time you want to kegel. Just imagine you’re pissing, then make the action yu’d do to cut off the flow. I don’t understand the difference between kegels and reverse kegels, it seems I use the same muscle when I cut off the piss flow or when I try to push out the last drop, isn’t it?

Try it again next time you take a leak. Not the same to me - may be the same muscle, but I don’t use it quite the same way.

I tried. Well, it seems that if I want to refill the penis with urine I must do a reverse kegel (id est relax the BC muscle, correct?) and maybe use some other muscle (I feel something in the lowest part of the abdomen) but when I want to pull out these new piss drops I have to do a normal kegel. Or so it seems :)

I think I could find interesting posts just inserting your user name, whatever the subject, collect them in a book and make a lot of money. And you have a nice avatar too :)

I don’t think you phrased this right. I assume you’re saying pushing the urine out harder does not only involve relaxing the BC muscle. I think this is true. In my experience there is a noticeable difference between relaxing the BC muscle and exerting more ‘piss pressure’. When attempting the continuous orgasm, there is no ‘pushing’ feeling. There is another muscle involved when pissing I’ll bet but as an example to give people some sort of easy-to-follow guide to relaxing the BC it’s fine.

Just to clarify, pushing out the urine is a reverse kegel. Effectively ‘pulling it in’ (but I wouldn’t really advise pulling urine in) is a ‘normal’ kegel.

Maybe it’s not exactly what I was trying to say, but it’s a bit complicated to explain it with my english. I understood that reverse kegel are not that useful for PE, and I think I understood how to make normal kegels, so I’d better avoid confuse someone else’s ideas…

Hey guys!

I am new here, my apologise if I chose a wrong part of forum for posting.

I’ve been doing kegels for a week, and they started showing results, but there has been also one thing going on, probably because of doing them incorrectly. You see when doing them, I can’t help myself but to squeeze that anus muscle too. That has ended with me not going for a dump two days.

Please, I would really appreciate if someone would help me what to do to kegel correctly!

Contracting the anal sphincter would not prevent you from having a bowel movement. There must be some other reason.

Doing a Kegel squeeze doesn’t take a lot of energy. The next time you get an erection make your penis bounce or jump. That’s the muscle involved in the Kegel. Many guys can’t help squeezing the anal muscles, too. In time you’ll learn to squeeze only the BC.

I wouldn’t think there is a link between squeezing the anal muscle and being incapable of shitting. Try drinking a coffee by the way.

I agree, I’ve been making kegels squeezing the anal mucle for many months without any problem. I realized few days ago that I could do kegels without involving the anal muscle, and I try to do this everytime, but only because I think it’s better for PE. I put my attention to what my dick feels when I kegel. PS I don’t even drink coffee … :)
