Kegel Video Demonstration

I am wondering whether it is possible to make a video demonstration on Kegel exercises, teaching how you could locate the BC muscles and how do you contract and relax the muscles, etc.?

The substantial number of threads on this topic suggests that many people are still not very sure about it.

A picture speaks a thousand words and a video will do more as you do not need to try to visualize from descriptive words.

Its impossible.

Assuming you realise the kegel is a contraction of the BC muscle, which clearly is inside your body, then you can see, its never going to happen…

I like the idea of that, but I have to agree with slack, it’s inside your body, and unless you make some animated, or gc movie I think that it would be quite hard to accomplish then goals effectively.

The best advice I have read to locate the BC muscle is to halt the urine mid-flow when you take a piss. If you can do that you can do a kegel! Good luck.
