Kegels Lessened ejaculate peeing power

I spent about two months on PE about 5 years ago and had a really healthy unit. Now, it doesn’t seem so much. It hangs semi-erect much less often. Furthermore, even though I have continued the use of kegels off and on over the years, my force through peeing has also decreased, sometimes almost impossible to pee (especially when drinking). It takes a good 200-300 kegels to feel any fatigue and I’ve always been able to do quite a few, yet I don’t shoot very far either. It’s also hard to jelq as it’s difficult to get/stay very hard.

I can’t say that kegels have hurt my ejaculate power. But I would love to hear what other members have to say about the urinating question. PE in general has made it somewhat difficult to get things started sometimes. Maybe your just over-doing it Curls. If your tiring out your PC it might not have anything left for the ejaculation.

Pushing out pee is similar to a reverse kegel….

both kegels and reverse kegels should be done.
