Kegels: Quantity And Quality
I read a bunch of mewbie routines and thry usually recommend 50 kegels a day. Here on TP the page about kegels recommend to start doing 100 a day and increasing to 1000. Reading member topics I’ve seen people claiming to do 10 thousand kegels a day. Some even more.
The large disparity between numbers gets me wondering if 50 kegels a day is too little.
1) What’s in reality the recommended number of kegels a day? Is there such thing as overworking the PF muscle?
2) Regarding quality, instead of just quickly crunching the muscle in rapid bursts I have been doing
Crunch, Hold 5 seconds, relax, Reverse kegel (pushing), 5 seconds, relax
I started kegels as a way of curing my pre-ejaculation problem. Do short bursts yield same results as my holding and relaxing routine or is one form better than the other?
3) Is it normal to get absurdly horny doing kegels to a point the exercise feels like no hands masturbation? Don’t get me wrong, as a masturbation exercise I loved it but it makes it hard to do more than 30 reps.
