To Kegal or not to Kegal?
Kegals strengthen your pelvic floor muscle and can help give you more control over some of your excretory functions. Evidence suggests that men with strong healthy PC muscles have a lower incidence of prostate disease. Regular exersize of this muscle is good body maintainance, but yes, it can be boring especially if you exersize to a set routine. IMO, as long as you exersize regularly - a few times a week sitting at the traffic lights, watching TV or doing your PE, then it should be enough to keep those muscles toned. But if you want to strengthen them …… that’s another matter. Like body building, you will need to do set routines and work hard.
I’m sure that Kegals do help our PE efforts. But as to how much they help no one really knows. I opt for moderation …… in most things anyway ….. :afro:

"Pertinaciously pursuing a penis of preposterously prodigious proportions." What a mouthful!
