Start with 3x20 of short (1-3sec) kegels. After 3 weeks add 2x10 long (10-15sec) kegels. Do this daily.

No, it isn’t normal that your anus is focused on tightening.

I thought that the PC muscle connects to the anus and the anus muscle is going to tighten because of that. When I squeeze that muscle I it is the one that makes urine stop and my penis bounce.

Yeah thats kinda strange. WHen i tense up my PC i feel like my anus tightens up as well. If i’m doing kegels wrong then why did my erections improved?

It’s hard to separate the BC muscle from whatever the hell the anus muscle is called (svintzer or something I think), but overtime you will be able to isolate the two muscles. It doesn’t make any difference if you squeeze one or both, you’re giving yourself an equally strenuous ‘work-out’ regardless.

One thing always worries me is that sometimes when I kegel I feel something in my penis, but most of the time I don’t. Is it normal? I am kegeling OK? When erected, kegeling makes my penis bounce but I can’t feel a lot of blood being pumped, only subtle things.

I do the sets that Bird exposed, and well, I’m finding that very slowly I can improve the number of repetitions. At the beginning it was hell to complete the sets, now I can do them with a little focus.

Progress is being made. That ‘something’ is probably in your head. Can you provide are more clarifying description?

Well, if arioh is doing kegels the same way I do them , then I know what he’s talking about. I do them while erect and sort of edging. When I do a kegel erect I can actually feel what I think is a decent amount of blood flowing out of my penis on the bottom of the shaft. I’m only guessing that’s what it is by the way. It doesnt stop my erection when it flows out either, so thats cool.

Regardless, it doesnt hurt at all, and I’ve really made quite a bit of penis strength gain since I started doing my PE routine 1 month ago. I can kegel much longer now too, etc.

I’ve gone to the gym for 2 years and right now I have and overall better body compared to how I was 2 years ago. PE it’s like that, then, I realise it, but at the beginning you never know if you’re doing your exercises the right way. I just flex the muscle that is just under the scrotum as hard as I can. Sometimes, as I become tired, I also flex the muscles around the anus to achieve the same level of force. But when flexing it, my penis just stays flaccid and doesn’t move at all. Sometimes, doing certain sets, I’ve achieved a partial erection when doing it. Am I working OK in both ways? The feeling of flexing the muscle when flaccid is different than in erection. When erect, I normally can’t hold the flex as much as I can when flaccid.

I’m doing flaccid series of kegels, trying to complete 3 series of 20 repetitions of 3 seconds at maximum force and 2 series of 50 repetitions of peaking, I mean, just contracting quickly the muscle. By now, I can see that I can hold longer sets or just it requires less effort every day, but other than that, I see no other effects by now on my penis when I’m erect. I’ve been 2 weeks doing series and I also tried to retain the cum, but I failed twice, I know it takes a long road to master it or just to strengthen my muscle, but I had to try!! One thing that I felt is that trying to flex when cumming produced a subtle longer orgasm, a little more intense, but it could well be the feeling of my girlfriend tongue on it, you know.
