On the newbie routine. Day 2. Kegels are (expletive)-ing HARD. How hard do you have to squeeze? I’ve read that you should squeeze as hard as you can for 5 seconds. That’s just not possible for me.


Starting stats (5/9/18): NBPEL: 5.5" MSEG: 4.5" (with cock ring)

Short Term Goal: NBPEL: 6.3" MSEG 4.8"

Long Term Goal: NBPEL: 6.5" MSEG 5.25"

Not hard at all. Don’t overdo them.

I was doing some kegels only after prostatitis diagnosis for better recovery, but not during any of PE trainings. Don’t consider them as useful ones for actual growth, better do AM and stretching. Also AM way stronger than kegels, but good stretching would provide greater results initially (low-starter effect)


1st) Before knowing PE ----------------- 14.0 cm length (5.51 inch), 11 cm girth (4.33 inch)

2nd) PE-like exercises for 3 months -- 16.0 cm length (6.30 inch), 12 cm girth (4.72 inch)

3rd) ThundersPlace's expertise help - 18.4 cm length (7.24 inch), 13 cm girth (5.12 inch) 4th) Routine's re-shape ----------------- 18.6 cm length (7.32 inch), 13.1 cm girth (5.16 inch)

Kegels are amazingly powerful and will vastly improve your EQ. But they are hard. When you do kegels, you don’t have an immediate feedback loop, as you might have when doing another exercise. Imagine doing bicep curls: you see the muscle flex. With kegels, the effect is hidden and more difficult to discern. Keep up on them. They’re worth it!
