Keggle question
So I just started the Newbie Routine 2 days ago and I must say this isn’t all that bad :) Now my question AFTER doing some searching for my answer but not really finding what I was looking for. But as for my question, I was wondering if it would be acceptable to do keggles on my days off? I just feel lazy if I am not doing something which is why I workout (weight lifting etc) everyday except weekends. Or would it be best to just follow the Newbie Routine to a “T”? Thanks
