Hello gentlemen,

So recently I purchased a LA Pump after being on a electric rechargeable one for the last 3 months.

I have to see my first session with the LA Pump was disappointing. Also, I noted that the electric pump I had been using must exert higher forces faster, because even at 9 hg in the LA Pump I was still not reaching the desired length that I had in the electric.

Most guys on here say between 4-6 on a manual Pump. So I am have a bit of a conundrum.

1. Do I take a week off and perhaps rest and reset?

2. I am also wondering if I might of overdid it previously on the electric pump as my morning wood has not looked up to par. Is that a sign of overuse?

Did your electric pump have a vacuum gauge. If not, you may have been pumping over 6 hg.

What do you mean your erection does not look up to par?

Is it because it is not as hard or because you have red spots or discoloration or excessive edema?

It did not have a vacuum gauge so I think your on to something. It would seem the starter pump exceeded typical beginner vacuum levels.

Great question, so meaning it looks weak and a few inches shorter than it should when I am intimate with the lady. My understanding is that after weeks of pump use, morning wood should theoretically be thicker than ever, am I correct?

So it looks healthy but your flaccid size is smaller? How long is your pumping session and what is the frequency? Do you pump once per day? Do you pump 1 day on and 1 day off, or just what is that schedule? There are several factors that go into getting the best result and the most common mistake is doing too much too frequently.

1. The morning wood looks smaller of late. The flaccid hang usually is better than it used to be. Usually.

2. Pumping sessions are 20-30 min, 5 minutes max pressure one minute rest pulse pumping

3. Initially I was pumping six days a week 1 day off but now I am one day on one day off.

Stick with 1on1off but try using your LA pump at 5-6inhg steady for 20-25 minutes and milking the tube frequently during your session.

Milking is when you grab the cylinder and pull it away and then into your body so that you see a pressure fluctuation of about 0.5inhg. Once you try milking, I think you will like it.

Edging after your workout is a good idea to enjoy your post pump size and if you have an elastic cock ring to put on while edging, so much the better.

1. If I hang out at 5-6 hg (a lower vacuum than what I am used to given prior use with the electric pump) but don’t reach my max size I am accustomed to, is that okay? Or do we always need to shoot for max size attainment every pump no matter what?
