I made an electric vibrating penis pump from an air-compressor/vacuum pump

I have an air compressor/vacuum pump I converted to use as a vibrating penis pump =P… It has an assembly made up of 3 metal plates. 1 is a thick piece of aluminum with some holes the other 2 plates of metal are very thin and work as valves. By removing the valve for the vacuum part it can now only draw a vacuum of maybe 2-3hg (I am 100% guessing at pressure) and cycles air in and out of the tube creating vibrations.

I tried using this for almost an hour and since that time almost 12 hours ago I have noticed I get erections that are very hard and the inner tissues feel swolen. Other than some lymphatic swelling in the skin all looks and feels ok. I think what has happened is that the “valve” that controls blood flow out of the penis got swolen so that when I get an erection it now closes off more allowing a considerably harder erection.

Sounds good. Any chance for some pics of the pump? Is it something that anyone could modify and use?

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Does this mean you’ve stopped using the Venus 2000?

I’m still curious about this type of pumping because one of my favorite hand pumps is a scissor pump from Froehle in Germany, and as an experiment one day I took the valve out of the line and tried it in just suck-push mode and swear I was getting better results than in constant vacuum mode (combined with breaks or pulsators).

I too think that scissor pump from Froehle is one of the best, it’s entirely waterproof and I use it in the shower every morning for a freshup. Only drawback is no gauge, but that shouldn’t be a problem for the experienced. I never thought of removing the green valve piece and will give that a try.

Lately for pumping sessions I’ve been using a Venus 2000 and am very happy with it as a pump, in fact more than as a masturbation contraption. I plug the remote +/- port, set the stroke arm (on the motor) to the minimum stroke, and run the vac line through a water trap with an inline handbulb to provide a base level vacuum. (Bulb also from Froehle, a nice stout rubber vacuum bulb). It seems to work best on slow stroke and the bulb keeps the vac from getting too high and also doesn’t seem to labor the motor. With the bulb providing a negative bias, it cycles and surges in a true sine wave, rising and falling. I periodically back the vac down a bit to create what I call a massage cycle, which seems to encourage circulation, then pump it back up again for several minutes. The only downside is if I back off the vac too much the neg bias goes completely away and it starts to suck and blow. I recently came down with a UTI and wondered if the positive cycling wasn’t somehow related.

Hey Smertrios, I’d like to see some pictures of your device too as I can’t quite imagine it from your text alone. Thanks.

No, "mch" does not stand for "my cock's huger!"

... although it may do in the foreseeable future! :D

Hey veloce, sorry to hear that! What are you doing for your UTI?

I hope you’ve stopped pumping until you get over that! (You have stopped, haven’t you?)

A similar setup with valves in better condition than my pump could have a significantly different effect. I will charge my camera tonight and take pics. That said it was awful noisy.

A constant vacuum pump can be made from an aquarium air pump. I have a whipser 800 pump (which is a fairly big dual outlet pump) modified so that one of the 2 pumps inside it can be used to pull a vacuum. The seals I used on it are hardly perfect and it pulls around 2hg. The “imperfect seals” help with heat buildup as does having the second output moving air from inside the case to the outside. Be nice to have a good cheap way to regulate the vacuum. I’ll get pics of this setup posted as well.

Smertrios, I found this on a pumper’s site searching for more info on this idea (discussing aquarium pump mods) - he is using an inline metal gang valve to control the amount of pressure:

Plug the end that has the ridges to the air pump and the top of on of the pasts to the tube going to your cylinder. Turn that lever to the full open position and the other lever to the full off position. Now if you turn the free lever toward the open position it will allow some air to enter. If you turn it a litlle a little air comes in and the pressure stays high. If you open the lever alot it lets more air in and the presuure goes down. with a pressure guage in line you can adjust to whatever level of pressure comfertable for you and hold it for as long as you want with out having to turn the unit on and off.

Here is a pic of the aquarium air pump. Apparently I never re-connected the 2nd air pump unit as its not there…

Was wrong about the pump it is an airwhist 700 pump not a whisper 800.

Smertrios, I realize that’s an old old post now but I was hoping for more details and photos of the red highlighted items. Thanks!

2 - pump assembled
3 - pump with manifold removed but “plates” sitting on pump cylinder
4 - pump with plates removed
5 - closeup of 1 “thin” plate and the “thick” plate

I ordered some air control valves and tubing off ebay (20-30 days to get in the US) and a whisper 40 air pump just to experiment. When I get my PE web store up and running a good electric penis pump would be an awesome sell =>. I figure the pump on eBay for $15 + $15 for a gauge + $10 in other parts can make a really nice vac out of a “quiet” pump although I am not sure how quiet the pump will be once material gets removed to make room for a few holes that will be used for the gauge and quick connects =>. Make it look good and sell for $50 ish depending on how long they take to make and what tools are needed.

I realize the rena pumps are easily modified into vac pumps but they cost quite a bit more for an equivalent pump and wont have a gauge or quick connect couplings. I also think its important for a modified aquarium pump to look modified. The rena look the same before and after modification…
