Lack of morning wood, shrinking penis?

Per title, (new here so hi everyone!) I’m interested in this forum to see if I can fix my issues.

I have low EQ, and my penis is definitely smaller than it was a few years ago (we’re talking around 4cm-5cm less). I also find that my penis can get extremely small on the flacid side of things (goes as low as 6cm and the balls practically disappear) where it would usually be 10cm. I find the cold doesn’t help but it seems to be happening more and more frequently. This makes me look absolutely ridiculous as I’m 195cm tall!).

Considerations:

I have a very stressful job
I find it stressful having sex with my GF as I’m afraid of pregnancy (we use condoms but can’t take pill as causes her issues)
I drink heavily and frequently (maybe a 5-6 cans a night, bottle of wine or two)
I don’t exercise
I have poor circulation as my feet get cold easily. My blood pressure has gotten relatively high in the past couple years presumably due to job and poor diet.
I am overweight and have a large stomach (fat pad is less than 3cm though).

I’ve given up alcohol recently and I’m doing 30 minutes indoor cycling starting 2 weeks ago. I’m cutting processed food out (and substantially reducing quantity) to just eating eggs, steak, chicken and fish with lots of vegetables.

I’m looking for a new job but it’s hard to find one that pays as much that isn’t as stressful! I might need a career change but this is also stressful..

I’m also doing a testosterone test as well.

The help I’m looking for you kind folks is:

1) how to increase blood flow (this might help penis?)
2) How can I re-gain my lost inches and gain some more? I’ve bought a pump (with gauge) so have that. I’m kind of short of time though, and above all else I’m very wary of making it worse and causing an injury.
3) any supplements that I should take? (I’ve ordered some Cialis from my doctor)
4) any information/articles about shrinking penis and tiny flaccid? I know men stress about their penis etc but this does not feel natural at all.
5) how can I promote getting erections again and increasing quality? I’m not even sure I get proper morning wood..

I was so happy to read later down the list that you have started to change some things. That sounded pretty bad, especially for the life of a healthy penis and/or person.

I recommend to keep doing what your doing, and don’t expect everything to change right away. You put time into damaging your body, it will take time to repair it.

Some suggestions that are very powerful to your complete change up to a better/healthier life and penis.

-drink more water, all the time, not just when your thirsty
-get sun whenever you can and I also suggest taking vitamin D3 (helps with depression, sex drive and overall health)
-exercise, weight lifting, every man on this earth that wants to be optimal would lift weights. The ultimate testosterone booster
-stretch, deep stretch when you have time, take your time, must be relaxed, this will help get your blood flow back to where it should be
-ensure quality sleep
-supplement with ZMA (zinc, magnesium, vitamin b6)
-men’s multi vitamin
-lots of greens, meat, healthy fats and complex carbs

If you incorporate all of this with what you are already doing, within a few months you will be a new man. Stay focused.

And try to lower your stress. Stress affects the body in all sorts of ways. Thinking about it doesn’t help. Got to release it. Believe me I know how hard it can be.
Large goals are stressful. Small victories are the way to a better life.
