Lack of morning wood...?

I’ve read about morning wood being a key PI for assessing progress but does that necessarily mean a lack of a.m. wood is a bad thing? I’ve documented what I view as my PIs so far, including greater visible flaccid heft, stronger erections and more powerful ejacs, but I still don’t get a.m. wood. Any insight as to why? Would smoking have anything to do with it? Appreciate all thoughts.

Yes, smoking can reduce their frequency.

More likely, though, you are waking more slowly from Rapid Eye Movement (REM) sleep than others. By the time you become conscious, the most recent nocturnal erection you had has dissipated.

If you regularly sleep with somebody, have them check you out if they happen to wake during from, say 4 AM to 7 AM, when most of these occur. Or, you can use the old stamp test. Wrap a number of “roll” type postage stamps around your flaccid cock when you go to sleep. If the stamp ring is broken in the morning, likely you are having these erections without being aware of them.

I’m 40 and haven’t had morning wood for over 4 years. I’m going to give ginko biloba a shot and see what it does.

I am 54 and what brought them back like I was a teenager again was no more boose, good food, exercise, and pumping.

I would say start researching now. You can read avocet”s pumping 101 thread and I always recommend lapdist deluxe package system. Let me know your erect length and girth and I can help with cylinder size. And yes, kegels do help.

PS to faux;

gprent knows a lot about tube size. I’d trust him to help me if I needed one.
