EQ or Erectile Quality is multifactorial…to be interpreted as a whole.
If you easily get an erection, the hardness is excellent, you get either morning or nite wood, can sustain it for good periods of time…these are all factors.
Many times we may actually have excellent nite or early morning wood but are in a deep enough sleep to not be aware of it.
Thats why there is the paper ring test…to determine if indeed you are getting erections during sleep.
For our purposes however, I would say that if you can easily get hard, and have excellent hardness you are probably fine.
In general, I find that if I lose morning or nite wood, my waking erections usually are harder to achieve and not the optimum “rock” hardness.
If I get easy wood, and they are very hard, I don’t worry if I didn’t notice morning or nite wood.
I think that morning wood may also be tied into testosterone levels.
For many men, testosterone is highest in the morning. This is greatly effected by fatique, nutrition, sleep, stress and many other factors.
If you have excellent EQ during waking hours, but not in the morning, it might be good to address these other factors (in other words, eat right, take a good supplement, quite stressing out, get more sleep, get some exercise).
Remember, most PIs need to be evaluated in light of the others…so if you have a predominance of positive PIs…don’t worry, its probably within the range of normal for you.
On the other hand, if you ALWAYS get great morning wood, but it has recently stopped…it is usually a sure sign of too much time/force with your PE routine.
