Larger base for ADS, recommendations?

So, I’ve had a Size Genetics extender since forever & it has been awkward to use with the default 5” circumference base, it’s a tight fit for me and thus somewhat uncomfortable. Anyone has recommendations for a larger base or homemade version which will fit the screws of the SG model? Anything bigger would be nice, but 6”+ ideally.
