Leg workouts and PE
Hey guys, I think I’m going to try something new. Everyday I run or preform leg workouts at the gym, I’m going to preform a full PE workout.
This would be my PE log:
Monday- Leg Workout- Full PE session
Tuesday- Light Stretch Session
Wednesday- Go run- Full PE Session
Thursday- Leg Workout- Full PE Session
Friday- Light Stretch Session
Saturday- Light stretch Session
Sunday- Go run- Full PE session
So 1 day on, 1 day off, 2 days on, 2 days off, 1 day on….
So I PE 4 days a week, and rest 3 days a week.
The reason I’m doing this is to see if my flaccid gets a better pump and stays fuller for longer periods of time, do to the increased blood flow in the legs. If my common sense is right, then I should hang fuller. Even if I were not to PE, the penis plumps up a bit during and after a leg workout, especially after a shower. So if I introduce PE then It might aid in better gains?? we’ll find out. I’ll keep this posted.
Oh and I haven’t PE’d in a few months. And I just got back into Lifting weights and running, so this should be good.
