I’ll leave the foreskin over the glans. I never experienced any pain that way. Try it this way.

I can’t really picture the exact way of doing this kind of stretch. My arm that pulls the base of may penis towards my body gets easily tired.

I would choose to do that, yes.

Last question about the inverted v-stretches. Does the 3 in 2x3 the 3 parts of the penis divided into 3? Or I can improvised the exercise and make it aided inverted stretches?

If you read closely, it said 2x3 minutes, that is the amount I do. Surely you can do less but I advise people to do it 2 times of 3 minutes each.

Bird I interpret the 7x3 to mean the 7 directions you described for one 3 minute set each. Is this correct? My arm and place where grip on dick don’t handle more than 30seconds per rep right now at the level of force I figured was right.

Do you really mean one 3 minute long stretch for each direction or is it equivalent to do 6 30second pulls in each direction?

I really meant 3 minute long stretches. For me they are easy to perform, sometimes I don’t pay to much attention and even hold it for 5-6 minutes.

Try to be a little hard on yourself and don’t let it go the second it starts to hurt/itch. No, hold out a little linger, this will condition your hands for longer stretches. Also working out your arms and hands at the gym/home is a good idea :) .

Three questions:

1. How hard do you stretch? I know it’s difficult to give an exact answer, but please try.

2. What’s your on/off schedule?

3. Do you warm up/down?

Bird for me it is a matter of my dick hurting too much. I am uncut too. With the force I use, the grip is always trying to wiggle away and in process the skin just below glans and also glans too inevitably get put through about all they can take in 30 seconds. For me to lighten things up enough to do a full 3 minute stretch, however, I don’t feel would really be stretching things nearly enough — that I’d still be only in early range of elasticity rather than really stretching things out.
