I really meant 3 minute long stretches. For me they are easy to perform, sometimes I don’t pay to much attention and even hold it for 5-6 minutes.
Try to be a little hard on yourself and don’t let it go the second it starts to hurt/itch. No, hold out a little linger, this will condition your hands for longer stretches. Also working out your arms and hands at the gym/home is a good idea :) .
