The description of low intensity jelqing, I already have given you. In the () behind low intensity, you see that it says “20-40% erection”. That is low intensity jelqing :) .

It says there 7x3 mins regular stretching. Is this really 7 or 5? I just only know 5 directions eh.

No, it is really 7. There are nine directions of stretching, namely: up, down, left, right, straight out, downwards left, downwards right, upwards left, upwards right. With the exception of the last two, I stretch in every direction.

What was your first routine? How much did you add to it from time to time until you got to this one? I want to add to my routine and I don’t know how much. (1 - 2 mins?)

The routine I started with:

5x1 minute regular stretches
5 min jelqing.
5x20 sec amazing isometrics

What I have done and added after that, I don’t recall correctly. It might be an idea to read a couple of my old posts, if you are really interested

I would suggest to you to start with the 1 minute each direction and add 30 seconds every two weeks if everything goes well. If it didn’t go well, wait with the adding until you don’t have any problems.

How about the two way stretch? This is the 1st time I’ve heard this kind of stretch.

Yes they are important but not so important as the rest :) . I think they won’t pay the time investment back. In my opinion upward left and upward right will target the ligs too little. So I kicked them out.

Two way stretch.

Yeah even though I’ve never heard of the two way stretch, I think I’ve been doing them on accident while jelqing. During my jelq, my other hand is at the base pulling my penis the other direction, which is towards me.

That is ideal but not absolutely necessary.
