Length Before Girth

But basically I split my routine up and concentrated on length one day, then girth on other days - I called them Long Days and Fat Days. Long days were basic stretches and some time in my LengthMaster and Fat Days consisted of clamping and pumping. Again, take a look at the log and see if there’s anything there that you can benefit from.

It’s a shame I don’t venture out of Thunders when it comes to PE, maybe I should! Seems like there is a lot more I could learn :) How have you found your bathmate to be? (If you don’t mind me asking) I’m still contemplating getting one.

My Bathmate is great. I still use it even though the fit is getting snugger (which is a good thing) and it’s great on those days when my schedule forces me to multi-task. Just hop in the shower, do a few stretches, slap on the Bathmate, shower up, break to wash the important areas ;) , slap it back on, finish up and take it off at the last moment before getting out to towel off. Perfect session and I’m out the door. I make sure to take longer showers when I use it so I can maximize tube-time.

I don’t have a clue as to the new models and how they fit/work but my Hercules is still going strong.

Is it ok to wear a stretcher all day then at night use a pump? Bib seems to think that doing this especially with tunica work can cause Peyronie’s disease

Do you use your extender first then later that day you pump? Or do you pump first then use extender? I heated bib say that doing length and tunica work then pumping can cause Peyronie’s disease

I started just length -jelq, and gained good girth. I have now been doing both Jelq and Ulis and found both to increase. I hate to say it but everyone is different and you will have to see what works for you. I do think that asking the question is good to see what everyone else has experienced
