Length gains and stealth
So I’ve been lurking for a while and finally am getting serious about this. I live in a dorm in college right now, however, so it has been difficult to consistently do PE exercises since I never know when my roommate might come back to the dorm and I don’t really want to spend like 40 minutes in a shower (just cause it seems like a big waste of water).
Because of this, I was wondering if just doing manual stretches would work well enough because I’m mainly going for length gains right now. If so, would it make sense to do a longer session of stretching (~30 min) to make up for the lack of jelqing? I would probably still be able to jelq 1 or 2 times a week just not like every time I do PE.
Also, what would be a good set for stretching? I was thinking something like ~4-5 min of each direction (up, down, left, right), BTC, and inverted-v stretch.
