Length gains and stealth

So I’ve been lurking for a while and finally am getting serious about this. I live in a dorm in college right now, however, so it has been difficult to consistently do PE exercises since I never know when my roommate might come back to the dorm and I don’t really want to spend like 40 minutes in a shower (just cause it seems like a big waste of water).

Because of this, I was wondering if just doing manual stretches would work well enough because I’m mainly going for length gains right now. If so, would it make sense to do a longer session of stretching (~30 min) to make up for the lack of jelqing? I would probably still be able to jelq 1 or 2 times a week just not like every time I do PE.

Also, what would be a good set for stretching? I was thinking something like ~4-5 min of each direction (up, down, left, right), BTC, and inverted-v stretch.

30 min stretching? If you haven’t done the newbie routine, it’s a 15 min plan so I’m not sure what’s the concern on not to jelq if you actually have 30 min of privacy to spare. You don’t have to do this in the shower either. First, microwave some wet hot towel to do a 5 min warmup wrap. Sit on a toilet and do your jelqs if you can’t risk having your roommate walk in. Do piss pulls every opportunity you have when your pee in urinal. Jelq is not only for girth and it also helps condition you to advance PE. Just doing stretches isn’t going to give you a balance looking dick. Not to exaggerate but a long thin penis isnt going to please your partner either. So I suggest try out the newbie plan before experimenting.
