Going for length with Stealth PE

This is for all those who have to engage in Stealth PE for various reasons (or who have insight to provide).

It seems like, for the most part, manual exercises work on girth, while length exercises are the realm of apparatii. How does one go for length? Are manual stretches enough, when compared to such mighty alternatives as the Bib and AFB hangers?

I welcome all replies, but I’m hoping luvdadus will chime in, as he and I seem to be in similar sorts re: our situation.

I started PEing in earnest about 3 weeks ago, and have damn near reached my girth goal (which wasn’t very far away in the first place), without having seen a single increase in BPEL. I know it’s early yet, but I’m worried about the whole thin-rope-thick-rope thing — and my girth seems to have forgotten that it’s early yet!



JFTR, here’s my routine:

5 mins hot wrap
5 X 30-second stretch (right, up, left)
10 X 20sec V-stretch @ 0% erect
5 mins light jelquing (1-2 sec strokes) @ 50% erect
5 mins PC contractions w/cock ring @ 100% erect
5 min shower (cool-down)
10 min loose traction wrap

RE stealth`

Stealth PE makes some things difficult. I was getting in hanger sessions with a homebuilt hanger, but now its like 3 times a week. (would like to hit about 10 sessions a week)

I have lots of chances for manual pulling, but thats of limited use, you can only pull so hard. Also you beat the hell out of your unit if you aren’t careful around zippers.

Lately, i’ve been thinking about getting a BTC rig for under clothes use. Its a little uncomfortable to sit on willy, but that is the direction that seems to work best for folks and stealth would work if you could hide it.

I think manual stretches are a vastly underated method of gaining lenth.
I have been getting both length and girth with jelqing so I don’t do a whole lot of stretches only 5-10 min or so a day, but here is what I’d do in your shoes:

1) Keep jelqing

2) 5 sixty second stretches 3 times a day. you can use a bit of talc to help you keep your grip or use a scrap of a latex glove or swim cap to assist holding the grip for that long.
I don’t bother with going in all directions, just straight out but I don’t see any harm in it - I just don’t feel it is necessary.

3) try some erect stretches, do a search at peforums I think that is where I picked up the technique (these will be difficult to hold for more than 15 seconds.

Sandman: I’ve been entertaining the thought of the Biker’s Hang recently, but I’ll keep giving stretching a try for now. And I’ve been able to generate a fair bit of force (enough to cause a mild lig pop last night!) using my 20-sec V-stretches.

luvdadus: These stretches you suggest (your points 2 and 3) are to be done in addition to my current workout? Or would they be instead of my lig- and V-stretches?

Also, my current PE schedule is Monday-Tuesday-Thursday-Friday (or 2on/1off/2on/2off). I don’t suppose this has much of an impact on length vs girth, but I thought to mention it.

PS. I don’t think the up-right-left stretches do all that much, as I only use them for a warm-up. Also, I’m toying with the possibility of correcting the mild upper-rightwards curve in my shaft.

I would do them in place of your 5 thirty second stretches. by all means keep on with the v stretches, I never bothered to learn how to do them.

I think that you could do the strecthing routine more than 4 days a week, why not all days except one - sunday perhaps?

I have a slight curve to the left sometimes I will pull to the left but I’m doubtful that will do much to correct it. Its minimal anyway I mostly jelq with a slight rightward stroke, no real change yet. No big deal.
