Stealth PE
I am very new to this, but I have read many, many posts, so I feel I have enough knowledge now to ask intelligent questions.
First, I have to do stealth PE, so I don’t have the advantages of equipment or time, but I think I have developed something that seems to be a decent workout. I won’t allow myself to measure till I have been doing this for a couple of months, because many of you guys have said that it is best to not measure often, so I don’t know if it is working or not.
My workout:
Morning:
Warmup - Shower
10 - 15 sec V-stretches
50 - slow (5 sec), hard dry jelqs
10 am:
no warmup
10 - 15 sec V-stretches
100 - slow (5 sec), hard dry jelqs
50 - 2-3 sec squeezes
3 pm:
no warmup
10 - 15 sec V-stretches
100 - slow (5 sec), hard dry jelqs
50 - 2-3 sec squeezes
I do this pretty consistantly Mon - Fri, and take Sat and Sun off (unless I find time to do some).
My question to you more advanced penis athletes is:
What do you think of this workout?
And what do you think I could do to improve it?
