I am very new to this, but I have read many, many posts, so I feel I have enough knowledge now to ask intelligent questions.

First, I have to do stealth PE, so I don’t have the advantages of equipment or time, but I think I have developed something that seems to be a decent workout. I won’t allow myself to measure till I have been doing this for a couple of months, because many of you guys have said that it is best to not measure often, so I don’t know if it is working or not.

My workout:

Morning:
Warmup - Shower
10 - 15 sec V-stretches
50 - slow (5 sec), hard dry jelqs

10 am:
no warmup
10 - 15 sec V-stretches
100 - slow (5 sec), hard dry jelqs
50 - 2-3 sec squeezes

3 pm:
no warmup
10 - 15 sec V-stretches
100 - slow (5 sec), hard dry jelqs
50 - 2-3 sec squeezes

I do this pretty consistantly Mon - Fri, and take Sat and Sun off (unless I find time to do some).

My question to you more advanced penis athletes is:
What do you think of this workout?
And what do you think I could do to improve it?

First, change your name. It doesn’t reflect reality in the first place and secondly many find it useful to have a name that indicates some expectation of results.

This looks like a good start.
do you really need the squeezes? I seem to remember from earlier posts that you had decent girth already. Jelq is both good for length and girth. eventually you will need to increase the number of jelqs from 250/day to over 500 but do this over the course of about 3 months. I had to split up my workouts like this too but when I finally got up to 800 jelqs I would do 400 at a sitting with warmup/down and the rest 100 at a time without warmup/down.

I really don’t know if I could get up to 800 a day. I workout at the gym alot, so I’m not out of shape by any means, but I’m sweating after each of my sessions the way it is now. Maybe I should speed up my jelqing? Does quantity rather than intensity give better results? I’ve kinda wondered about that since I started, because I put alot into just 100 jelqs… believe me.

for a good medium 3 sec jelq 100 stroke will take 5 minutes.

I find three sec ideal. 800 a day only amounts to 40 min jelq time total. at any rate I think that given time you will become accustomedd to the exercises and have no problem with at least 400 or 500. If 100 takes more than five minutes speed the strokes up. don’t go too firm at first gradually work into that - you don’t want an early injury. use common sense and prudence and you’ll get there. I’m gonna take your advice and put in about double the amount of jelqs into my workout. I did 400 of the shorter jelqs last night… it took about the same amount of time as the long, hard, intense ones that I had been doing. I hope this does help with length… that seems to be my biggest problem.

I think I will leave some squeezes in though, my EG is only 5.5”… i know that is not bad, but it sure doesn’t look like it would satisfy anybody but myself. I’d like to get that to around 6.5” or so.

I really appreciate the advice!
