Well coming from a family of eight I have had to master the technique of Stealth PE. First of all, before any workout you need to warm up.. Or in your case ‘Stealth Warm Up’.
What I do for a inconspicuous warm up, is to make a hot cup of tea (not too full) and sit with it between my legs, resting it along the top of the shaft (Wear sweat pants or shorts).
Doing this is as good as using a hot rap in my experience.. Just make sure you don’t spill. I’m speaking from experience when I say this. Now that you have done a 5-10min Stealth
Warm Up you can head to the bathroom to finish your workout. Everyone needs to use the washroom so it won’t seem out of the ordinary for your family. Unless of course, your in
The washroom for 40mins plus.. Then they might start to get suspicious. You can do your stretches while you sit on the can and you can do dry jelqs when your in the shower.
