I’m a new member on this forum. I never PE and I’m very afraid of having a serious injury. While some guys have outstanding gains, others are very sorry of trying PE and have terrifying stories of how PE attempt destroyed their lives.

So, I begun to study penile structure and formulated a theory of how this might work. Why some guys have an incredible length gains and others simply have not. My intention here is having the attention from all PErs from what can be done with some level of safety and what is more risky. Please senior members, give your insight on this theory. My intention here is avoid sad stories and help more PErs, including myself.

In this thread I will discuss only length. I don’t have enough information to create a theory over girth, although gains on girth and length are reached at the same penile structure as we’ll see.

Let’s start from the beginning. I’m not an urologist, neither a PE expert, I’m just trying to bring some light over the gains and avoid serious injury.

Penile structure and length gain limits: There are 3 important structures that we should look while we try to have some length gains:

1. Ligaments

2. Albuginea Tunic

3. Dorsal Nerve and Dorsal Arteries

Ligaments: As you can see in the picture 1, ligaments holds the penis to the pubic bone. They are responsible for keeping some angle for better penetration, but it can hide part of the penis inside the body. Ligaments can be trained and stretched. If you go to the gym and take some stretch exercises you will improve over time. Ex.: If you are not able to reach the ground with your hands while standing, you can do some train till it’s an easy task.

As it happens to your whole body, if stop the stretch exercises, you lose some of your stretch capability. The theory over ligaments is that the gains are not 100% permanent. When you stop stretching, you lose some of the gains you had.

Albuginea Tunic: In the picture 2, you can see the structure that limits the size of the penis. This tunic is like a very thin skin. The corpora cavernosa is like a sponge and it will fulfill the penis with blood till the limit of this tunic. When the tunic is completely stretched, you have the hardest erection possible.

To have some light on how tunica works, just grab the skin of your arm with your fingers and pull it till it’s completely stretched. You will realize that, unlike a rubber balloon, it just stop stretching when you reach the skin limit.

But skin can be stretched a lot and, after a while, it doesn’t come back to its original size. Think in a very fat guy that loses weight by stomach surgery. The belly skin doesn’t come back anymore, now the skin is bigger.

The tunic should be just like a skin, but a very thin skin. You can stretch it till it gets a new size. You don’t need to stretch it hard, just constantly. Over time, this skin will be more flaccid and you will have permanent gains. Every time this “skin” gets more flaccid your gains will be both length and girth. Some exercises will do a better job on length and others will work better for girth, but these gains are permanent and works on both directions.

Dorsal Nerve and Dorsal Arteries: (picture 2) The sad stories are all here! Guys that never gained nothing on length, guys that feel it’s impossible to keep growing in length and finally, guys that loses their erection quality, or completely loses erection for good!

Dorsal nerve is a very important structure that is responsible for the sensitivity of the glans and the control of blood valve by controlling the dorsal arteries. If you study how diabetes cause permanent ED, you will learn that diabetes damages this very same nerve.

While ligaments can be trained and the tunic can be stretched with some level of safety, nerves and arteries are hard to stretch, maybe it’s not even possible. Most important, any damage on this nerve will cause ED, temporary or permanent.

How can we know if we are limited by this structure?

If you stretch your flaccid penis till the limit you may feel that the your stretch is limited by the walls of your penis. It’s your tunic limiting the length. If this theory is right, you will have some room to grow here, just by stretching your penis for a while.

If you feel that the walls of your penis are somewhat flaccid but there is a kind of cord (upside the penis) limiting the stretch, you must know that this “cord” is not a ligament, not superficial vein… It is the most important structure for erections to work, your dorsal nerve and dorsal arteries!

Some guys here that already reached this nerve limit are having some results by hanging, V stretch, A stretch, fulcrum stretch… But it’s important to know that overcome this limit is the most risky thing you can do to your body.

Ligaments are elastic and can be trained, tunic is just like a skin and can be stretched till it gets more flaccid, resulting in permanent gains… and the nerve… well, I don’t know if a nerve can be stretched with any kind of safety level, risking lose erections for good.

Also, if this theory is right, the guys that have more difficult to grow length are probably showers, not growers. Why? Well, maybe showers have enough tunic to have a big penis, but the length is limited by this nerve. Not that all showers are limited by it, but it makes sense that a guy has a big flaccid penis and just a normal erect size is limited by something that is not the tunic, which is the most elastic structure of the penis.

This theory seems to be my reality. I’m a 6.9” x 6.2” erect, while my flaccid length is almost 5.7”. Definitely my limit is not on the walls of my penis. Fully stretched, I can still feel my tunic VERY flaccid. My length limit is this “cord” upside the penis, which is actually the most important structure, the dorsal nerve and arteries!

This post is for all PErs and I really appreciate your opinions.
