Length of a jelq
I was just wondering how long jelqs should be and if it differentiates a lot based on time you put in each jelq.
Now I have been doing PE for about 7 months and have performed jelqs for around 5 seconds each.
I have increased my MEG from 4.5 to 4.8 and recently I remeasured it at 4.7.
My PI’s are great and I have now a lot of veins popping out, but I’m wondering if maybe 2-3 second jelqs would be better and if I should try them.
And I know PE is a long procedure and I have been in it for a very short time compared to some, but how much could I expect to gain until the end of the year/overall with only manual exercises?
