Length of Manual Girth Routine

Hello everyone,

While I am currently focused on length, I am curious as to the length of time a manual girth session lasts. I’ve tried searching but have found a wide range of answers.

For example, is 10 minutes of slow squash jelqs going to do anything or merely waste time?

My length routine is around 45 mins right now, and it is working really well, so I don’t want to screw with it too much! Nor do I want to spend much more time (or any more time) on PE in the day.

My options are:

1. Ignore girth and stick to my effective length routine till I hit my goal.
2. Add in 10-15 mins of girth work.

If the latter option is just wasting time, I’d rather not.

Start (July 2020): BPEL = 5.75; MEG = 5.375; BPFSL = ??

Current: BPEL= 6.5; MEG = 5.375; BPFSL = 6.875

Goal: BPEL = 7.25; Mega-Goal: BPEL = 8.25

Don’t do what I did. For now focus on one goal. If the goal is length work on that and throw in some edging at that end. At the very least the edging will keep your unit fuller all day.
