Hello all,

Just broke up wit the girlfriend, which is hurting at the moment. Just wondering if any of the experienced campaigners had any tips on achieving length. I have been doing this for a year now but am struggling with length gains.

GOAL = 8.5”
CURRENTLY = 7”

Do a search for my length routine Aussie, it gave me 5 cm (2”) in 16 months. I see no reason why the same couldn’t happen to you.

1. 2x3 min "invented" v-stretching: inverted or invented? If it’s INVENTED, I assume you invent your own v-stretch, then how you do it?

3. 4x15 JAI stretches: "4 reps x 15 min" or "4 x 15 secs"?

1 Inverted of course, the spell check didn’t caught that one :) .
2 Yes straight out but once with your left and up and once with your right. Do this to reduce the differences in the strength of your arms.
3 No, just 4 reps of 15 JAI stretches, exactly as recommended by Johan, who invented this exercise.

What is an inverted V-Stretch, is it just an A-Stretch?


Current - NBPEL 6.9" x EG Base 6.2"

BPEL 7.4"

Goal - NBPEL 8.5" x EG 6.5"

Besides the length routine you mentioned, do you do any hang routine? What’s you on/off routines? Do you do the girth and length routine in 1 session or you split?

No, I never hanged. I never needed it and in my opinion it has more disadvantages compared to stretching.

My on/off routine consists of 7/0 but do certain circumstances I don’t always have time to do the routine. This occurs once or twice during a month.

Back when I did my girth routine, which is a year ago already, I did it combined. Now I do only length. From the looks of it, it didn’t influence length gains in any way.

I know you gain well in both length and girth, but I am thinking the gain you make can be due to your younger age (19 right?), and some of your gain is not from PE but just simply the growth at your age. So do you think your routine will also work for me (38 yo)? How long do you think should I try to make sure if it’s good for me?

You are correct, I am 19 but compared to my friends I hit puberty sooner than they did. I haven’t grown in height for the last 2-3 years so I’ll doubt that my gains are influenced by natural growth but I can’t tell you for sure.

There are other guys who have tried this routine and had their success with it. This gives me a legitimate reason to say that it won’t matter just like it won’t matter how old you are when you start with PE.
