maximum flaccid stretch length related to maximum erect length?
I am new to PE but have been reading this and other forums extensively for a while. I have an amateur theory that maximum fbp stretch length is an indicator of maximum *possible* ebp length (which can be achieved with enough kegels and jelqing). Sound reasonable?
Right now my program consists of manual stretches only. Is it possible to make length gains this way, without jelqing? My maximum fbp stretch length started at 6.5”, and I think I have already gained a .25” in about a month. I haven’t recently checked for gains in my ebp length though.
Starting ebp: 6.5”
Starting eg: 5.2”
Goal ebp: 7.5-8”
Goal eg: 5.5-6”
