Let's build a new PE progress tracking sheet - Help needed

Hey guys,

So a while ago I found a nice PE progress tracking sheet on TP that I’m attaching right now. I’ve been using it but I’m thinking it could be upgraded.

I’m thinking we could team up and build something that would have the following:

-Rest days (days on, days off)
-Gains per weeks/months/etc
-Stretching time/reps/stretch kind/intensity level
-Same for Jelq/Clamping/hanging etc.
-Supplements
-PIs (positivite/neutral/negative) - could be radio buttons

So basically if we input everything in there then we can get reports like:

-What was the routine that produced the most gains in X time?
-What are the safest exercise (exercise vs PIs) ?
-What was the best PE workouts frequency vs gains (to calculate intensity) levels.
-etc.

Is there anyone else willing to share the workload on that project ?
