I would say what people call ligament soreness is the kind of exhaustion feeling at the base of the penis when hanging between the cheeks, and also some echo of that feelings that comes and goes after the session, over the day, when you are doing your daily things, like a form of soreness that comes and sisappears. It´s also related to the pressing of the nerves that run at the base of the penis, and can last days
