Ligament question

Hi!

I was wondering if there is anyway to know if your ligaments have hardened?

Three months ago I thought my ligaments have hardened from hanging because I took a small break, and by the end my ligaments physically felt as if they’ve toughened up a bit. I decided to switch my routine to a pump only one just to take some pressure of the ligs so they can soften up again but they don’t feel any different. To be fair I’ve never felt my ligaments before hanging so I have nothing to properly compare to, which made me start contemplating whether that is even the proper way to check.

Can’t find much info online on being able to identify a toughened ligament so hopefully someone who is a bit more experienced at this could tell me.
