I am trying to keep the fact that I am performing PE from my wife. SHe doesn’t really understand why I need to do it.

Anyway, the only thing I am able to do is dicrete stretches.

I have been doing about 200 blasts a day. It is the only thing I am able to do so far that doesn’t require much preperation.

Is there anything that I should add to my routine?

Should I increase the reps?

I don’t need any girth work, just length. I am a grower, and I look rather pathetic when flaccid, especially after gaining about 40 lbs over the last couple of years.

I am doing this along with an exercise routine to hopefully regain some of the virility I had before.

200 reps of DLD Blasters seems like a reasonable routine to me. Remember to take rest days though.

If you want to increase your routine or change things up:

Why don’t you try to get some good jelqing in while you shower. Increase your shower time by 15 minutes or so. Just tell your wife that showers are relaxing and you have started meditating as part of your new resolution to get in shape, mind body and spirit.

Also, you don’t say when you are able to get in these DLD blasters, or whether or not you warm up with anything.

Also, fowfers can be done discreetly. Also, try stretching/jelqing as you take a fake dump.

Depending on how much privacy you have, you could also try fashioning an ADS.

I am able to do my blasters just before I go to sleep, because I go to bed before my wife…

I am not sure what an ADS is, would you point me in the right direction?

thanks for the help… actually my pc muscle is in pretty good shape already from doing kegels when I was in high shool. So 200 blasters isn’t too tough, is it safe to do 300? should I just go with my instinct?

Welcome to Thunder and the wide world of Jelqing:) . I’m kinda agree with you, keep jelqing as a secret until wife her self realize the changes:) -I’m not married though, not yet:) . First, may I know your measurement?. Are you cut or uncut?. Well, what you’ve been doing is great, stretching is good. At first I do wet jelq, but now I only do dry jelq because more simple. I think you should try jelqin. If you want it to be unnoticed from your wife, you could do it when showering. Hope this could help. Let me know what you think. Seeya, take care:) .

An ADS is an “All Day Strecth”. There are various devices and wraps that can be worn under the clothes for long periods. But don’t use one of these unless you can check your willy out frequently to see if it is still ok.

As far as the DLD’s goes, I don’t do DLD’s so you will have to wait until someone with experience chimes in.

I am 6” bone pressed in length, and 5.25” in girth…. I am cut

I my dick actually looks pretty good and straight with a good head to shaft size, it’s just a bit too short for my liking… i would like to hit 8”bpel, which would give me about 7” visible erection, and pick up some longer flaccidity on my way there.

Man you sound like me before I discovered this site, happy with your hard-on but embarrassed by your hang. Okay with your girth, but want more length. I can really identify with your flaccid hang problem, as can most growers. The extra forty pounds has allowed your pubic fat pad to completely hide your dick while it is soft. Loose that weight, man, you won’t believe how much difference it will make. I lost 133 pounds and discovered I had a flaccid hang after 30 years of nothing but a little turtle sticking his head out. For stealth PE fowfers with kegals are great for flaccid length. You can do them almost anywhere anytime even while sitting next to your wife watching TV, just tuck when she goes to the potty and check blood flow when you go. Also, when you can, wear the ADS at home and especially at work, don’t leave home without it. The Captn’s Wench works well read all his threads, and my favorite is the neonatal bp cuff, actually by using the BP cuff instead of Cable Clamps on the wench works great for an ads, something I been meaning to mention to the good captain as an improvement on his very well thought out device. Then later after the Mrs. has noticed you’re gains you may be able to come out of the proverbial PE closet and you will already have a pretty good hanger, and of course that is where your real length gains lie. Read Bibs testimonial, in fact read everything the man writes.

I agree with occa. You could try dry jelq. If you can’t do a correct warm up, try to start slow and
increase the strength of the jelq slowly. With time you can introduce some ULIs between jeqs.
If you don’t have much time, try alternate days for stretch and jelq.

Experiment with different exercises and routines until you find the one that adjust to you.

Do a wildcard search on *air hangers* or * neonatal BP Cuff* and of course search Captn’s Wench I believe his thread is in the Hanger’s Forum and search Fowfers and or ADS: This should get you off to a good start Also, something that has been really helping my flaccid hang is similar to a girth wrap, but more like a traction wrap or something between the two. I wear the wrap all the time even sleep in it to let micro-tears heal while extended. But you just have to be careful about circulation if you stay wrapped while you sleep. I don’t know how often your wife sees your dick, but like I told one guy here, if she see the wrap just say you got it caught in the zipper.

okay great, it’s nice to know that i am not the only one experience this problem… i hate people seeing me flaccid, because they assume i have a small dick.

I will search for it all, I really like the wench idea for stretching at work…. is it effective? has anyone tried it exclusivly?
