Possibly limited by my Dorsal Thickening/Septum
Hi everyone,
I read the thread Knowing whether you are limited by Dorsal Thickening/Septum and I believe I may be limited by my Dorsal Thickening/Septum. I am almost 3 months into my newbie routine and I was wondering what exercises I can do so I do not injure myself.
My unit stretches but not long and thin so thats why I think I am limited by it. Would it be too early to do fulcrum hanging as suggested in the thread or is there an alternative conditioning exercise?
