Limiting factor

This is where I believe my initial gains have come from, and I think I have more to come.

If I stretch straight out, I feel the stretch going tight along the top of my penis (dorsal area), but I believe that the end of the stretch is anchored by the ligament, which is still therefore being stretched.

The best stretch for me is BTC where I feel it mostly in the ligament and can even see my fat pad being pulled in and down.

You have had the limiting factor since day one, and have made 0.5” gains without a structured PE program. That is good news, congratulations!

I think there will always be some structure or situation that limits your current length and girth. Before I discovered PE I always thought those limits were fixed by my genetics and aside from surgery, anything that promised to enlarge them was either spam or a scam. How wrong I was.

I now know that those limits are not hard limits, but can be moved out with work and time and the right techniques.

Congratulations again on the gains!

It’s not the suspensory ligament.

Is there some image that can prove the fact that the suspensory lig it’s anchored to the dorsal area (the one I feel as a cord) ?
Yes BTC is the only one stretch I can feel on the lig in the pic above. And also for me the fat pad is pulled in and down.

I am not qualified to answer this, but half way down the first link in the Penis Anatomy Links thread () it says: Suspensory ligament: It is a specially modified tissue connecting the dorsum of the penis to the skin and connective tissue overlying the symphysis pubis.

Unfortunately the page doesn’t seem to define exactly what the dorsum of the penis is, but I assume it is the thing that feels like a cord.

Another link from the Penis Anatomy Links thread () says: .. The suspensory ligament which is a continuity with Buck’s fascia. The attachment of the ligament to the pubic symphysis maintains the penile position during erection.

Before that it says: Buck’s fascia has a dense structure and is composed of longitudinally running fibers; it is firmly attached to the underlying tunica albuginea and encloses the deep dorsal vein, dorsal arteries and dorsal nerves and Buck;s fascia is attached to the perineal membrane; distally, it is tightly attached to the base of the glans penis at the coronal sulcus, where it fuses with the ends of the corpora

This description of the Buck’s fascia sounds like my "cord", and it does say that the suspensory ligament is a continuity, which I assume means directly attached to it.

(Apologies to the mods if I have done too much linking/quoting).

I had something similar when stretching down. I got a little pain on the base top side but more into the fat pad.

I just did it light at first when stretching down. Now it’s my favorite stretch and feels good now.
