Limiting factor

Limiting factor

I’m new to PE. I made it since April 2007 without be constant (absolutely no constant). Only some stretch and sometimes some jelqs.

1 day yes, three days not, 2 days yes and 2 weeks not. Not a real routine.

Now I’m planning on something serious.

My real problem is the stretching.

When I pull forward, the only thing I can feel in tension is a cord on top of the dorsal side. It start at the base of the penis and ends at the glans. I was thinking it was normal.

I read all about this in the forum. It seems it can be the septum. So I read all posts regarding this limiting factor.

Even if I found a good quantity of posts regarding this problem, I never found someone having this problem when starting PE , or it is at the beginning (as I am).

People with this problem are often members with good results, and then now are approaching to this problem noticing a stop in the increase of the lenght/girth.

Probably they are member with good stretched ligs (in years or months of works) and only now they are noticing this cord at the top of the shaft, because the ligs are long enough.

An advice is welcome.

I had a similar issue I think. I have a link with photos I can pm you if you would like. Basically from the hanging I was doing one of the ligaments (there are two main ones that run along the sides over the top of the penis to the glans almost) on the left side started getting very sore. Then it kind of knotted up and released. It was not painful just worrisome. If you feel deep in the inner base you may feel it tender back there. I think this ligament was the initial limiting factor in my gains.

Thanks, PM me. Even If I don’t think that this “cord” it’s a lig.

When I’m stretching forward, the only thing I can feel “in tension” it’s this “cord”. No others parts are in tension.

If I do a downward stretch, it’s the same.

I read that stretching the ligs ( suspensory ligs ) is the first step. I can’t feel ligs stretching AT ALL !

The real only way to feel some “heat” between pubic bone and the base of the shaft is with BTC.

I have to say also that I have a relative high LOT (near 9, theoretically I have margin on lig extension).

I have a high erection angle (11 O’clock).

And I have a noticeable upward curve when erect.

I sent the PM acacia. Let me know if it looks like a similar problem.

I think you are talking about the dorsal thickening (maybe the septum). I and many others feel it’s the main limiting factor for length gains.

Thanks, I received the PM with the link.

This is not the same situation, it’s similar.

The “cord” I’m referring, it’s noticeable and it’s in the center of the shaft. It takes all the load.

No others parts of the shaft are with load.

It’s like trying to lengthen an accordion with a big stud anchored to the two ends!

I was afraid to hear it.

Do you feel this “cord” from the day one of your PE career?

Or you reached a point when this limiting factor appeared?

Thanks

A very helpful post I found where the starter of the thread was at the beginning of his PE career:

Need help defeating my limiting factor (the septum)

I haven’t found if soon2b9 has gained some sizes from PE.

I’m just trying to see if this limiting factor is limiting me since the beginning.. Making me think if I have to continue or not.

This guy, Lost Guitar, abandoned his very long PE career without gains. He had this septum problem.

Well this is a fact and something I think about. At some weight / time under tension it will stretch out to some degree. Maybe that weight is 100 pounds for 2 hours (I am sure it is not that much - it is more of a thought process).

Manuals may not do it unless you are very strong and relentless. Are you willing to increase the tension safely until you feel you really know? I think that is the real question for you.

I don’t plan to do Hanging. (Lack of privacy)

I only want to prove to myself that PE is working, and I want to try how it will work on myself . I’m pretty sure it works.

I’m just disappointed to have a particular Tunica/septum that seems to do not average with most of the forum members.

Everybody has a dorsal thickening and a septum, obviously it’s not a result of PE. However as you hint, it might get tougher, thicker and more resistant as a result of PE. This may make length gains harder to get, especially in the lights of plastic deformation concepts. It’s hard to say since we don’t even know how PE works.

I never really thought about the dorsal thickening/septum until late in my career so I don’t know if it has changed. You did 1on/3off and 2on/2 weeks off and you are worried you’re not gaining? Dude, I don’t think anyone would gain with that kinda of work, well maybe DLD. :) Don’t worry about it, just try the newbie routine for a couple of months and see what happens, who knows maybe you’ll get big gains.

I also have a high LOT/Erection angle and upward curve. Most stretches for me are limited by the cord/dorsal thickening, except for BTC stretches which feel like all my ligs are getting a great stretch.

I have been doing the newbie program for a couple of months and I am certain I have made gains. It just looks and feels bigger. My reading of old threads here at Thunders made me optimistic that my high angles meant that I had decent amount of internal penis to come out. I have also been “exploring” my penis and trying to figure out what all the bits are, where the limits are, and how they can be overcome. As a result, it is like I can “feel” where my gains are going to come from.

The bottom line for me is that I am very optimistic that I can continue to make gains. The newbie program has worked for me, and I would recommend giving it a proper go.

Dicko, I have to explain.
I started in the April 2007. I started without even knowing that a structured PE program was existing.
I wanted to try, so I started with my own exercises (Only much more later I discovered that the pulling the penis with my hands was referred as a “stretching”, and the strange exercise of filling the semi-erected shaft with my fingers in OK position was what we call “jelquing”). I was thinking I was the only one in the word trying to enlarge my penis with my hands and not with pills as suggested by my Anti-spam folder on my email that is full of “Penis enlargement pills” LOL.
I was not even knowing that the most reliable measurements were bone pressed. But my measurements were in effect bone pressed, just because I thought that this was the best way to exclude errors.
My 1on/3off and 2on/2 weeks was an example. What I was saying, is that I made my self PE only when I had time, and only some minutes per day, and probably not always in the correct way.
My first measurement was:
BPEL 6”
In November 2007 I was near 6.5” and my EG is near 5.5 (I have no previous data ).
Without knowing that a substantial large “PE world” was existing, I gained something less than 1/2 inch.
Then I tried to search for more info’s on the PE argument. A new world opened to my eyes, with this forum.
I started again with a very light newbie routine at the beginning of the year.

It’s the same for me from the day one.

Hello there, is it on the top of the base of the penis ? If so I believe it’s the suspendory ligament, link ===), I am in the same situation as you I believe. But this is maybe normal because it’s a ligament?
